You can pick up your passes purchased online at the accreditation station, which will be open on Wednesday, August 30 from 3 to 7 p.m., Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., On Saturday and Sunday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Monday September 4 from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. The station is located at the St-François-de-Sales church (799 rue Jacques-Cartier).
Passes sold at the site
You can buy your wristband-passport at the three entrances to the parc de la Baie site. Schedule for the St-Louis and de la Baie ticket outlet: Thursday and Friday from 4 pm to 10 pm, Saturday and Sunday from 6 am to 10 pm and Monday from 6 am to 8 pm.
Reduced hours for the St-Antoine ticket outlet : Thursday and Friday from 4 pm to 8 pm, Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 am to 8 pm and Monday from 9:30 am to 7 pm.
Conditions of admission
Wristband-passports must be worn on the wrist throughout the Festival, and are neither refundable or exchangeable. Damaged or fake wristbands will not be accepted.
Parking: $10 a day to park at 988 rue Saint-Louis. Use the shuttle buses and save a few dollars by leaving your vehicle at home.
The Festival provides two free bicycle parking areas, one at 3 rue St-Antoine (P1 parking), the other at 988 rue St-Louis (P6 parking). Remember to bring your padlock.
Chairs in front of the stage
Chairs and tarps are not permitted in front of the stage. However, you can set these up in the section located beyond the central projection screen starting at 6 a.m. every morning. The Festival is not responsible for chairs or tarps left unattended.
Cigarettes are permitted except in those areas designated as non-smoking. Smokers are encouraged to use the areas set up with ashtrays and benches.
