Security

Security and helpful information

Site surveillance, first aid and lost children teams are in place and patrolling the site. Lost children teams have ongoing assistance from police, firefighters and a security agency.

In addition, to better protect the security of visitors, in-line skates, skateboards, bicycles, bottles, alcoholic beverage and pets are not permitted on the Festival grounds.

Persons with disabilities

Parking: Some thirty spots have been reserved in the Festival’s public parking lot, each of which will be available for $10. There will also be some spots at the Centre Nouvel-Horizon, at 100 rue de la Baie, for members of the Société d’assurance automobile du Québec.

There will be toilets for people with limited mobility at the site. People with limited mobility may, if they wish, stay close to the fence during shows on the Casino Lac-Leamy Stage. Please note, however, that space is limited.

From 6 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., we have a microwave, a nursing section and drinking water available to young mothers. In short, all the little things you need to keep your baby comfortable throughout the Festival.

The diapering area is located beside the first aid area.
